Dr. Shulamit Mor

Director, Mor Centre for Performance Psychology

Director, Mor Centre for Student Counselling & Development

Dr. Mor is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario in the areas of practice in Clinical, Counselling and Rehabilitation Psychology. She received her doctoral degree from York University in Toronto. In addition to her private practice she is also the director and founder of the Canadian Centre for Performance Psychology. Dr. Mor is a Level 2 Certified EMDR practitioner and uses this approach for trauma and performance enhancement work.

Dr. Mor provides individual psychotherapy, group therapy and life coaching and has had extensive experience with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, situational stressors, existential issues, performance issues and career transition.

Jodi Basch

Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.)

Ph.D. (Education)., M.Ed. (Counselling)

Jodi Basch is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She obtained her Master's of Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa, where she completed her internship with students at the university’s counselling centre. Jodi has a special interest in working with college and university students, health care workers, first responders, and individuals who have suffered a workplace injury or are experiencing workplace difficulties.

Jodi is also an Ontario Certified Teacher and has experience teaching students of all ages, including teaching educational psychology at the university level. She completed her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at Queen's University where she studyied resilience in educational contexts. Jodi has experience facilitating group psychotherapy sessions in various areas, including grief, mindfulness, trauma, positive psychology, anxiety and depression, self-esteem, among others.

Jodi is a holistic therapist who is dedicated to working with individuals who have experienced traumatic situations, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, chronic pain and illness, as well as other mental health challenges. She practices from a client-centred and trauma-informed lens and draws from Narrative Psychotherapy, Brainspotting interventions, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to help individuals process their life experiences in a safe and controlled environment.

Additionally, Jodi’s work combines a variety of therapeutic approaches which she draws from to meet her clients psychologically where they are. Jodi strives to ensure that every person has the necessary tools to meet their goals and draw on their resilience to cope with their day-to-day challenges.


Anna Kriewald

M Ed, M Psy

Anna is a member of The Ontario College of Teachers. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Psychology, with a particular focus on Adlerian Psychotherapy as well as School Social, Emotional and Psychological Assessments. Anna is adjunct faculty at The Adler Graduate School where she engages with graduate level students in the psychology program.

Anna has a graduate certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and has experience with Trauma Therapy and Mindfulness. She has embraced the philosophy of Positive Psychology and has integrated its principles in her sessions. She has trained at the York University Counselling Centre, where she worked with undergraduate and graduate level Canadian and International students from various academic programs who had symptoms of anxiety and depression. She has facilitated workshops for clients aimed at developing healthy and efficient work habits and coping skills, and she has provided counseling to parents whose children are experiencing challenges in and out of school.

Anna is committed to the emotional, mental and physical wellness of her clients. She utilizes her experience and training to help her clients achieve a well-balanced, healthy and fulfilling life.

Anna enjoys a variety of activities and hobbies, and strives to practice wellness throughout her day. She is a mother, partner and friend who believes finding beauty and gratitude in the simple things in life is part of being happy.

Isadora Boni

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) R.P.(Q)

Isadora Boni is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is also a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). She completed her training with the Toronto Institute for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. 

Isadora is dedicated to helping individuals to overcome a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Her clinical style is characterized by creativity, curiosity, enthusiasm, and the ability to effectively challenge clients. Her main therapeutic approach - psychodynamic psychoanalytic psychotherapy - focuses on helping clients to explore and understand their unconscious thoughts and feelings in order to improve their mental health. It is based on the idea that our past experiences, particularly in childhood, shape our behavior, thoughts, and emotions in the present. It also helps the client to identify patterns in their life and to understand the underlying causes of their difficulties. The goal of therapy is to increase self-awareness, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Isadora is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has over eight years of experience working in people-centered positions across different sectors, including healthcare, immigration, and social services. She also has extensive experience in psychological assessments.

 

Carly Sugar

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) R.P. (Q)

Carly is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Psychology from Western University. She works to create a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space for her clients to feel empowered to approach their life challenges. Carly is committed to help her clients set goals for therapy and find their personal strengths that can help them reach these goals.

Carly has experience working with individuals ages 18-70+ struggling with mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief, relationship and familial issues, and self-esteem.

Carly believes that clients are the experts of their own experiences, and uses CBT, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches during sessions with clients.
